Logistics- Freight Forwarding 3rd party logistics fulfillment for international and domestic transportation. Manage daily production for direct mail (website) and wholesale orders. Work with Customs Broker to obtain clearance of goods from air to ocean freight
My Story
Hi, I'm Kay!
My journey in the beauty world started behind the scenes, working as a Makeup Artist after completing the Master Makeup Artistry program in Hollywood, California. I quickly fell in love not just with the creative side of beauty — but also with the business behind it. That passion led me to earn my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and dive into the industry from a whole new angle.
I kicked off my career in retail sales as a Business Manager for a global beauty brand, and from there, my path expanded into product development, manufacturing, distribution, and digital marketing (fun fact: I once managed email campaigns for over 18,000 beauty enthusiasts!).
Today, I’m the Director of New Business and Project Management at a leading beauty contract manufacturer. I help brands bring their skincare and cosmetic ideas to life — leading client onboarding, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating closely with R&D teams and labs. I love getting to turn creative visions into real-world products and seeing them hit the shelves!
Along the way, I've learned the power of great communication, strong relationships, and always leaving room for a little creativity.
